THE CONSTITUTION OF THE KINGDOM OF CHRISTUS RAELZION

PREAMBLE

We, the People of the Kingdom of Christus Raelzion, united under the Sovereignty of the Most High and guided by the eternal wisdom of the Abrahamic traditions, do ordain and establish this Constitution.

In devotion to justice, mercy, unity, and sacred order, we form a government rooted in divine law, human dignity, and the harmonious cooperation of faith and state.

With gratitude to the Creator and loyalty to the Monarch, we establish this Kingdom for the flourishing of all people, the protection of liberty, and the advancement of righteousness across the Earth.

ARTICLE I — THE NATURE OF THE KINGDOM

1. The Kingdom of Christus Raelzion is a constitutional, interfaith, theocratic‑monarchic state, grounded in the teachings of Christ and enriched by the wisdom of Judaism, Islam, and the ancient Djedi traditions.

2. The Monarch, Amen Ankha Ra Hotep / R.C. Robertson III, is the ceremonial and executive head of state, guardian of the faith, and protector of the people.

3. Church and State are unified, working in harmony to uphold divine law, human rights, and the moral order.

4. All citizens are equal before God and the Kingdom, regardless of race, creed, or origin.

5. Ending a heartbeat born or unborn is considered murder within the kingdom.

6. Non-medical human techno implants are highly illegal in the kingdom

7. Banking monopolies will not be tollerated

ARTICLE II — THE FOUR BRANCHES OF GOVERNMENT

Section 1 — The Continental Congress

1. The Continental Congress is the legislative branch of the Kingdom.

2. It is composed of elected representatives from all provinces and territories.

3. The Congress shall:

   • Draft and pass laws

   • Approve budgets

   • Ratify treaties

   • Oversee national programs

4. All legislation shall be reviewed by the Supreme Council for spiritual and ethical alignment.

Section 2 — The Executive Monarchy

1. The Executive Monarchy consists of:

   • The Monarch

   • The President

   • The Prime Minister

2. The Monarch is the supreme executive authority, empowered to:

   • Appoint the President and Prime Minister

   • Sign or veto legislation

   • Command the ceremonial and defensive forces

   • Represent the Kingdom internationally

3. The President oversees national administration and foreign affairs.

4. The Prime Minister oversees domestic policy, infrastructure, and economic development.

5. All executive actions must align with divine law and the Constitution.

Section 3 — The Supreme Council of Faith and Wisdom

1. The Supreme Council is the religious and judicial branch of the Kingdom.

2. It is composed of:

   • Djedi Masters

   • Rabbis

   • Priests

   • Imams

   • Masonic Grand Masters

3. The Council shall:

   • Interpret divine and constitutional law

   • Serve as the highest court

   • Advise the Monarch and Congress

   • Ensure all legislation aligns with moral and spiritual principles

4. The Council may overturn laws that violate divine ethics or constitutional rights.

Section 4 — The Council of Stewards (Administrative Branch)

1. The Council of Stewards manages the ministries of agriculture, environment, health, education, commerce, and culture.

2. They implement laws, oversee national programs, and ensure the wellbeing of the people.

3. They operate under the supervision of the Prime Minister and the ethical oversight of the Supreme Council.

ARTICLE III — RIGHTS, DUTIES, AND CITIZENSHIP

1. Citizenship is granted by birth, naturalization, or royal decree.

2. Citizens owe loyalty to the Kingdom, respect to the Monarch, and adherence to divine and civil law.

3. The Kingdom guarantees the rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights.

ARTICLE IV — AMENDMENTS

1. Amendments may be proposed by:

   • Two‑thirds of the Continental Congress

   • The Monarch

   • The Supreme Council

2. Amendments require approval by:

   • Two‑thirds of the Congress

   • The Monarch

   • A majority vote of the Supreme Council

ARTICLE V — SUPREMACY

This Constitution, under God, is the supreme law of the Kingdom. All laws, decrees, and judgments must conform to it.

THE BILL OF RIGHTS OF THE KINGDOM OF CHRISTUS RAELZION

PREAMBLE

To secure the blessings of liberty, dignity, and divine justice, the following rights are guaranteed to all citizens of the Kingdom.

RIGHT I — Freedom of Worship and Sacred Expression

All citizens may worship the Creator according to their conscience within the Abrahamic and Djedi traditions. No citizen shall be persecuted for sincere faith.

RIGHT II — Freedom of Speech, Press, and Assembly

Citizens may speak, write, gather, and petition the government peacefully.

RIGHT III — Right to Bear a Hunting Rifle

Citizens aged 30 and older have the right to own and bear a single hunting rifle, subject to safety training and registration.

RIGHT IV — Environmental Stewardship and Farming Rights

Citizens have the right to farm any land they own or steward, provided they do so in an environmentally conscious, regenerative, and sustainable manner.

RIGHT V — Protection from Invasive Technology

1. RFID implants and all non‑medically necessary implants are illegal.

2. No citizen may be coerced into technological bodily modification.

3. Medical implants must be voluntary and medically justified.

RIGHT VI — Data Privacy and Corporate Restrictions

1. Corporations are forbidden from collecting, storing, selling, or transferring private data on citizens.

2. Only the government, with judicial approval, may collect limited data for security or public welfare.

3. Violations are considered crimes against the dignity of the people.

RIGHT VII — Natural-Origin Substances

Citizens aged 21 and older may use natural-origin substances in their unaltered plant state, provided such use does not endanger others.

RIGHT VIII — Right to Healthcare

Every citizen has the right to receive healthcare to the best ability of hospitals and the state, without discrimination or delay.

RIGHT IX — Protection from Unreasonable Search and Seizure

Homes, persons, and effects shall not be searched without lawful cause and judicial approval.

RIGHT X — Due Process and Fair Trial

All citizens are entitled to:

• A fair trial

• Legal representation

• Protection from cruel or unusual punishment

• Humane treatment in all circumstances

RIGHT XI — Education and Human Flourishing

Every citizen has the right to free, high-quality education, including access to the Global Free University Initiative.

RIGHT XII — Sovereign Human Dignity

No law may violate the inherent dignity, divine worth, or sacred rights of any citizen.

AMENDMENT XIII: PROHIBITION OF FALSE‑FLAG OPERATIONS AGAINST RAELZIONIAN CITIZENS

Section 1 — Absolute Prohibition

Any act, operation, or coordinated deception intentionally designed to simulate, fabricate, or disguise the identity of an aggressor for the purpose of misleading the public, provoking conflict, manipulating political outcomes, or justifying state action shall be strictly and unequivocally illegal within the Empire of Raelzion.

Section 2 — Protection of Citizens

No agency, officer, military unit, intelligence service, contractor, or affiliated entity shall engage in, authorize, support, or conceal any false‑flag activity that endangers the life, liberty, dignity, or security of Raelzionian citizens.

Section 3 — Constitutional Crime of the Highest Order

False‑flag operations targeting the Raelzionian people shall be classified as a High Crime Against the Empire, constituting a direct assault on national sovereignty, public trust, and divine justice. Such acts shall be prosecuted with the maximum constitutional penalties permitted under Raelzionian law.

Section 4 — Duty of Transparency and Accountability

All branches of government, including military and intelligence institutions, are constitutionally obligated to maintain transparent oversight mechanisms to prevent, detect, and expose any attempt to plan or execute false‑flag operations.

Section 5 — Citizen Right to Truth

The People of Raelzion possess an inherent constitutional right to truthful information regarding threats to their safety. Any deliberate deception by state actors that endangers citizens violates this right and shall be grounds for immediate investigation and judicial review.

Section 6 — Eternal Safeguard Clause

This amendment shall not be suspended, overridden, or nullified under any circumstance, including wartime, emergency powers, or executive decree. The prohibition of false‑flag operations is a permanent safeguard of the Raelzionian social contract.

AMENDMENT XIV: THE MALE PARTNER OF SEPERATED COUPLES WHO HAVE CREATED A CHILD ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR 70% OF THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THAT CHILD WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MUTUAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THOSE COUPLES.

AMENDMENT XV; DIVORSE IS LEGAL BUT MUST NOT BE ENCOURAGED BY THE COURT AND LEGAL SYSTEM, THE DISTROBUTION OF ASSETS VIA % IN A DIVORCEIS BASED ON THE WORK OF THE INDIVIDUAL, WITH THE CLAUSE THAT IF ONE PARENT IS TO BECOME THE MAJOR OR THE SOLE CARETAKER OF THE CHILDREN THEY SHALL RECEIVE NO LESS THAN 50% OF TOTAL ASSETS. NEW MARRIAGE LICENSE WILL NOT BE GRANTED UNTIL 5 YEARS AFTER AN INDIVIDUALS DIVORSE. INDIVIDUALS DEEMED MARITAL PREDITORS SHALL RECEIVE MINIMAL DIVISION OF ASSETS. (IF A PARTY CAN PROOVE AN INDIVIDUAL SPECIFICALLY MARRIED TO DIVORSE FOR MONEY THE MARRIAGE IS CONSIDERED NULIFIED AND THE PREDITORY INDIVIDUAL GETS NOTHING)

AMENDMENT XVI: SEXUALITY IS NO BUSINESS OF THE STATE. THE STATE MAY NOT COLLECT INFORMATION ON SEXUALITY IN ANY FORM. THE STATE MAY PASS NO LAW IN REGARDS TO SEXUALITY WITH THE EXCEPTION OF INDIVIDUALS UNDER 18 WHERE IT PROHIBITS PEDOPHILIC ACTIVITY (DEFINED AS SEXUAL ACTIVITY OF AN ADULT WITH A MINOR WITH THE EXCEPTION OF INDIVIDUALS BETWEEN THE AGES OF (16-23 WHOSE RELATIONSHIPS ARE DEFINED AS NATURAL REGARDLESS OF ARBITRARY 18 DIVISION)) STRICTLY AND TO THE FULLIST EXTENT OF THE LAW WHICH MAY INCLUDE PERMANENT BANISHMENT FROM THE COUNTRY JAIL SENTENCES OR LONG TERM HOME CONFINEMENT.
