I, Supreme Reverend Robert Caldwell Robertson III ESQ FRC, in my capacity as the Sovereign Head of the internationally recognized religious order tracing its heritage to the ancient traditions of Egypt, and as the Lead Administrator of the sovereign principality over which I preside, do hereby affirm and declare as follows:

1. Sovereign Ecclesiastical Authority: By virtue of the longstanding historical, cultural, and spiritual traditions inherited from the ancient Egyptian civilization and through continuous, legitimate religious succession, I have been vested with supreme authority over the doctrines, practices, and administrative affairs of our international religious order. Foundational Charter of One Christ Temple Church

Preamble We, the members and founders of One Christ Temple Church, by virtue of our shared calling and divine purpose, do hereby establish this sacred body as a Gnostic Catholic Order, consecrated to the esoteric teachings and sacred mysteries of the living Christ, the divine Sophia, and the Inner Gnosis made manifest. Our tradition embraces a spiritual lineage that unites mystical Christianity with sacred initiatic wisdom.

Article I — Name and Identity This ecclesiastical body shall be known as One Christ Temple Church, hereafter referred to as “the Church.”

Article II — Nature and Purpose The Church is a sacred religious and initiatic order grounded in the Gnostic Catholic tradition. It serves as a vessel of divine teaching, sacramental work, contemplative devotion, and initiatic transmission rooted in the deeper mysteries of Christian and Hermetic wisdom.

Article III — Apostolic and Initiatic Authority The supreme earthly authority of the Church shall be vested wholly and irrevocably in Rev. Robert Caldwell Robertson III, recognized as the Presiding Hierarch and Imperator-General of this sacred body. He shall hold exclusive executive authority, both temporal and spiritual, over all ecclesial operations, theological direction, and initiatic governance.

Article IV — Order Affiliation In direct alignment with our sacred calling, the Church shall serve as the sovereign spiritual guardian and parent body of the Worldwide Hermetic Order of Elus Coëns Knights Templar, a para-masonic initiatic society dedicated to the restoration of divine gnosis, sacred ritual, and chivalric theurgy.
